Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and evolve our authentication and authorization framework. In this role, you’ll work on scalable, high-performance backend systems and solve complex technical challenges across distributed and cloud environments

The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills in Java, along with hands-on experience with cloud platforms, authentication, authorization, and IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize large-scale distributed backend systems.
• Build high-performance authentication and authorization services.
• Develop scalable and reliable cloud-based applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to automate processes, resolve bottlenecks, and improve system scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure, security, networking, storage, and database solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software/cloud development.
• Strong backend development experience; Java preferred.
• Proven experience building and scaling large distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Mandatory: Experience with IAM, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with IAM technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, entitlements, or user profile management.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, networking, storage, and databases.
