Job Description We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well. Responsibilities: Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle Main focus on coding and debugging Collaborate with Front-end developers Define and communicate technical and design requirements Provide training, help and support to other team members Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes Troubleshoot and debug applications Learn about new technologies Stay up to date with current best practices Conduct UI tests and optimize performance Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators Participate in conferences and educational programs Follow new and emerging technologies We are looking for: In-depth understanding of web development Minimum 2 years of experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP and Python Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good organizational and time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Apart from salary you will get: Project bonus- depending upon performance.
