Lead the Back of House Team at Mint People – Assistant Manager Role We’re looking for a Back of House Assistant Manager to take the reins, drive growth, and lead our elite kitchen and catering teams across the UK’s top venues. WHO YOU ARE ✔ A back-of-house pro – you’ve worked in hospitality, catering, or kitchen management and know how to run a tight ship. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Running back-of-house operations – overseeing kitchen and catering teams at multiple venues. Planning & scheduling – ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Driving growth – identifying opportunities, bringing in new business, and expanding the division. Recruiting top talent – selecting and training the best chefs, kitchen staff, and catering pros. Ensuring compliance – maintaining top-tier standards in food hygiene, health & safety, and legal requirements. Building strong client relationships – understanding their needs and ensuring seamless service. Problem-solving on the fly – stepping in to ensure every event runs without a hitch.
