Role Overview Back Office Associate – AI Model Training Finmoml is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Back Office Associate to support our AI model training and data management operations. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing, organizing, and managing datasets that train and improve artificial intelligence systems. Your accuracy, consistency, and ability to follow structured processes will directly contribute to the quality and performance of our AI models. This is a permanent remote position , ideal for candidates who are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of maintaining high productivity while working independently. Responsibilities Accurately review, label, and categorize data used to train AI and machine learning models. Maintain and update operational trackers, databases, and dashboards in real time. Follow clear annotation and tagging guidelines to ensure data consistency and quality. Support AI research and development teams by preparing and cleaning datasets. Perform quality assurance checks on processed data to maintain accuracy. Document processes and maintain detailed records as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related queries and ensure timely task completion. Handle internal communication and reporting with a problem-solving and ownership mindset. Ensure confidentiality, data security, and compliance with organizational policies. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. Basic understanding of data organization, tagging, or categorization processes. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Good written English and ability to understand task instructions clearly. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage workload independently. Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Prior experience in back-office, data entry, or data annotation will be an added advantage.
