We plan big and that’s why we’re always open for A-players to join our team! As of no we are looking for an A-player Developer within Python language and Django framework. This is an ideal opportunity for someone fascinated by modern web technologies and with extensive experience with complex web applications.
💻 Your main tasks will be:
building and developing scalable applications using advanced Django techniques, with a focus on performance,
modernizing legacy code to improve its readability, stability, and overall efficiency,
working with the latest versions of libraries, frameworks and tools, ensuring they stay up to date,
writing clean, high-quality code in line with industry best practices,
deepening technical knowledge and solving complex system and application-level issues,
collaborating with a team of tech enthusiasts, where a growth mindset and continuous improvement of programming skills are our top priorities.
😎 What skills and experience are we looking for?
practical experience of the Django framework (4+ years) and a strong knowledge of Celery,
deep, expert-level proficiency in Django & Python – we’re looking for someone who knows Django inside out, uses its advanced features effortlessly, and writes clean, production-grade code,
experience in building and scaling complex web applications,
fluency in both English and Polish (C1 level),
independence and a high sense of ownership over assigned tasks,
ability to work both as a team player and independently,
a solution-oriented mindset and openness to change.
