Backend Developer (Go/ NodeJS/ TypeScript) (m/f/d) - Startup - Hybrid/Remote

Your mission

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript.
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems.
• Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team.

Your profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript.
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
