About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling SaaS provider in the enterprise automation and digital transformation space, we build high-performance, scalable backend systems that power mission-critical operations for global clients. Our Java engineering team owns core microservices, API gateways, and distributed data workflows—delivering resilience, speed, and security for fintech, logistics, and healthcare verticals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, low-latency backend services using Java 11+ and Spring Boot ecosystems.
• Architect and optimize RESTful APIs that integrate with third-party SaaS platforms and internal data engines.
• Implement event-driven microservices with Kafka or RabbitMQ, ensuring fault tolerance and ordered delivery.
• Write unit/integration tests using JUnit and Mockito; enforce code quality via SonarQube and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps to containerize services using Docker, deploy on Kubernetes clusters, and monitor via Prometheus/Grafana.
• Refactor legacy codebases for performance, maintainability, and cloud-native compatibility.
