ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Back-End Engineer who will be responsible for developing a high-quality product with constant technical challenges. This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Brazil, with the team convening in São Paulo for a few days every few months. RESPONSIBILITIES Development of clean code using good practices, scalable and easy to understand and maintain; Testing and implementing cutting-edge technologies, as well as assisting in the creation of new application concepts; Stay updated with the latest trends and updates related to back-end development and also the world of AI, such as applications and new technologies; Ensure the quality of deliveries, automate the construction and publication process; PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 4+ years of experience in developing RESTful APIs using Python or Ruby on Rails Knowledge in concurrency and parallelism Knowledge in design patterns Experience in API integration, external services in web applications and client-side performance; Version management with Git BONUS SKILLS Familiarity with large language models Experience with PyTorch and deployment of models in production Docker Swarm Message transmission (Kafka or RabbitMQ) Experience in management and maintenance of PostgreSQL / MySQL databases Unit testing If you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply: we would love to have you with us working towards our bold vision of re-imagining how work gets done.
