We are currently looking for three Backend Developers across different seniority levels: Junior, Mid-level, and Senior to join our software development team.
We are looking for candidates with strong programming fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills to develop and maintain enterprise applications.
The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms, along with hands-on experience in Python and SQL. We value strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies over experience with specific frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications with complex business logic.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with SQL databases to manage and process data.
- Analyze existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and debug technical problems.
- Optimize application logic and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Backend Development or Software Engineering (for Junior level); relevant experience and demonstrated technical capabilities for Mid-level and Senior candidates.
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Strong programming fundamentals and a solid understanding of core programming concepts.
- Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, lists, stacks, functions, conditions, and basic algorithmic concepts.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Ability to understand existing codebases, trace errors, debug issues, and work with unfamiliar systems.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical approaches and problem-solving methods.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and adapt to different technical environments.
- Experience with ERP, financial systems, healthcare software, or other enterprise applications.
- Experience working with complex business logic and large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks, software architecture, and development best practices.
