■募集の背景

複数学習プロダクトの成長に伴いサーバーサイド開発を強化します。新機能開発だけでなく、技術負債の解消、開発プロセスの改善、インフラ整備までリードしていただける方を募集します。

■職務内容

・各種学習アプリおよび社内システムのAPI設計・開発・データモデリング

・生成AI（LLM）を活用した機能開発や開発支援ツールの構築

・パフォーマンスチューニング、技術負債解消、CI/CDやIaCの整備

・PdMやデザイナーと連携した仕様検討および開発プロセスの改善

■必須要件

・サーバーサイド開発の実務経験 7年以上（言語・フレームワーク不問）

・サーバーやデータベース等のインフラ運用経験 3年以上

・チームでの開発経験

Role: Backend Engineer

What you will do:

- Design and implement APIs and data models for learning applications and internal tools

- Integrate GenAI/LLM services and automate development workflows

- Resolve technical debt, optimize system performance, and maintain cloud infrastructure (CI/CD, IaC)

What you need:

- 7+ years of server-side software development experience (any language/framework)

- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure and database operation
