We are developing "Bring Out," an AI SaaS platform for analyzing conversation data. By analyzing conversations that often remain "black boxes"—such as sales meetings, internal discussions, and frontline service interactions—and extracting key information, we help client companies and their employees boost productivity.

Our solution is already utilized across diverse sectors—including IT, HR, M&A, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare—and supports a wide range of functions such as sales, product development, R&D, finance, and human resources. We primarily serve enterprise-level clients, meeting rigorous demands for high security, availability, and flexible data integration.

Our technical foundation is built by a development team comprising engineers from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and X (Twitter)—including several individuals with prior CTO experience—alongside an AI team featuring talent from Google, IBM, and Preferred Networks. With the evolution of LLMs, we can now transform previously invisible frontline tacit knowledge and customer insights into structured data; we are taking on the challenge of creating a new management model for the AI era, originating from Japan.

[Job Description]

You will be responsible for creating customer value from start to finish.

Rather than simply implementing requirements,

you will lead the entire product development cycle:

identifying customer challenges,

formulating hypotheses,

designing solutions,

developing using AI,

deploying to production,

measuring effectiveness,

and driving continuous improvement.

However, you will not be handling everything alone. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and business teams, taking ownership of results while serving as the lead for specific phases.

The product is already utilized across diverse industries (IT, HR, M&A, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.) and by professionals in various roles (sales, product development, R&D, finance, HR, etc.). We currently serve primarily enterprise-level clients, requiring high standards for confidentiality, availability, and flexible data integration.
