Backend/Integration Test Engineer

You will be: prepare and execute test cases for backend and integration scenarios, perform API testing, including file generation, event flows and Bulk API round-trips, test integrations between Salesforce and other backend systems, validate integrations with SEDA, Elliot and an AKS-based integration system, prepare and maintain test data, support test environment maintenance and troubleshooting, analyze test results and report defects, collaborate with developers, business analysts and other QA engineers in a distributed team. Your profile: hands-on experience in backend, API or integration testing, practical experience with API testing and integration test scenarios, experience preparing test cases and maintaining test data, understanding of backend event flows and system integrations, experience testing integrations with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms, good understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies, ability to investigate issues across integrated systems and communicate findings clearly, Italian at B2+ level , good English communication skills, willingness to work from Milan 2–3 days per quarter . Nice to have: experience with Salesforce integrations, experience with Bulk API or similar APIs, familiarity with SEDA, familiarity with Elliot, experience with AKS or other Kubernetes-based integration environments.
