Where You’ll Make a Difference

Process payments and transaction records in line with established procedures.

Review transaction details and supporting information for accuracy.

Reconcile payment records and follow up on unmatched or delayed items.

Track exceptions, document actions, and escalate issues requiring further review.

Maintain well-organised operational records and contribute to routine reporting.

Your Background

Experience in bank operations, payment processing, transaction administration, or financial operations is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Accuracy, discretion, and confidence working with financial systems and spreadsheets are important.

Working Style

Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around processing windows, settlement activity, and reporting deadlines.

Hybrid working combines remote administration and reconciliation with in-person coordination in the UAE when needed.
