Banking Advisor

Fully remote for 12 weeks training then turns hybrid.

Hybrid model: 1/week in office.

Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of extension, and ultimate goal to transfer into a permanent position)

Hours: Monday – Sunday Between 4AM – 11PM PST

Salary: $24/hour

What is the opportunity?

You are a banking advisor, company ambassador and an exceptional customer service representative. You champion the company's brand and provide support to their clients as they will interact with the company in very different ways, whether it is by phone, email, chat, video, social media or mobile.

This is a full time and shift-oriented role that provides flexibility and opportunity to work from home and/or centre. Our centres are in Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg and British Columbia. Requirements:

• 6 months financial or call center experience is required (Canadian experience) for Unilingual candidates
• Any retail/customer facing experience for Bilingual candidates
