Basque & Spanish Customer Service Advisor | Remote – Lisbon Area, Portugal

About the role

We’re hiring a fluent Basque and Spanish speaker to support Netflix customers with account queries, billing and technical troubleshooting.

You’ll work remotely from home in the greater Lisbon area, with occasional attendance at the Lisbon hub for training or technical setup.

Your responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email and chat in Spanish and Basque
• Help with account management, billing queries and technical troubleshooting
• Provide clear, accurate information about the service and its features
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and efficiency
• Meet service quality and performance standards
• 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday between 9 AM and 8 PM.

Your profile

• Fluent Spanish and Basque
• English at B1 level or above, as training is delivered in English
• Already living in the greater Lisbon area, with your Portuguese NIF and CRUE in place
• A stable fibre internet connection at home
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence using digital tools and platforms
• An adaptable, organised approach and attention to detail

What’s offered

• A total monthly package of approximately €1,260, including gross salary, holiday and Christmas allowances, and meal allowance
• Approximately two weeks of paid training, eight hours per day
• Health insurance
• An initial 12-month fixed-term contract
• 22 days of annual leave and Portuguese public holidays
