Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design and oversee ABA programs.
Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs.
Analyze data and adjust programming.
Provide caregiver training.
Maintain timely documentation.
Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, waiver professionals, recreational therapists, and other team members.
Promote ethical, person-centered care.
Participate in professional development and organizational improvement.
Qualifications
BCBA credential.
Indiana LBA or eligible.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Background check and drug screen.
Strong communication, organization, and writing skills.
