BCBA Consultant - RBT Supervision

Benefits: Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Part-Time BCBA Consultant – RBT Supervision Job Responsibilities Provide 1–2 hours of monthly supervision for assigned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and payer requirements. Conduct direct observation of RBT service delivery and provide coaching and performance feedback. Complete required supervision documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure RBTs implement behavior intervention plans with treatment fidelity. Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the Clinical Director and treatment team as needed. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, state licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Participate in occasional clinical meetings or consultations, as needed. Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Consultant (1099 or W-2, as applicable) Commitment: Approximately 1–2 hours per RBT per month Schedule: Flexible, based on client and RBT availability. Flexible work from home options available.
