✨ BCBA Opportunity with Prisma Dimensions Group: Ethical ABA for Adults with Disabilities ✨
✨ Calling All BCBAs Who Want to Work Differently (and Better) ✨
Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst craving more flexibility, autonomy, and purpose—but without the stress of launching your own business?
We see you. We are you. And we’re building something better.
👋 Who We Are
Prisma Dimensions Group (PDG) is a practitioner-founded, practitioner-led consultancy on a mission to support the people who power the field of behavior analysis.
With 50+ years of combined experience as clinicians, administrators, supervisors, and execs, our team knows the rules, the regs, and the real-life realities of practicing ethical, effective ABA. We’re rooted in values-driven work—trauma-informed, assent-based, and radically affirming.
🌱 What Is AASPN?
The Adult ABA Services Practitioner Network (AASPN) is one of our flagship projects—built to bridge the long-ignored gap in adult ABA services.
Through AASPN, we empower independent BCBAs to provide ethical, high-quality support to adults receiving services through Colorado’s DD and SLS Medicaid waivers.
💡 Why Join AASPN?
Because you didn’t become a BCBA to drown in billing codes or second-guess your ethics.
You became a behavior analyst to make a difference—to center dignity, to solve real problems, to support people in living fuller, freer lives. AASPN helps you do exactly that—without compromising your autonomy or burning yourself out trying to do it all alone.
We’re not offering just another contract role. We’re offering a way to practice on your terms, backed by a community that’s got your back and a system that works with you—not against you.
When you join AASPN, you get:
- The freedom to design a caseload that fits your life
- The relief of not having to deal with the backend administrative chaos (we handle all that!)
- The reassurance that your clinical judgment is trusted, not micromanaged
- The connection that comes from being in a network of badass, values-aligned practitioners
- The encouragement to keep learning, stretching, and evolving—professionally and personally
This is the kind of practice you thought you’d have when you first got certified.
Let’s make it real.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans for adults in waiver services.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to implement interventions.
- Use data to refine strategies and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Provide training and consultation that’s clear, kind, and effective.
- Work independently in the community and/or remotely.
- Help reshape what adult ABA services can be.
🌈 Who We’re Looking For
- A BCBA (required) with a Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Ed, or a related field.
- Experience supporting adults with disabilities (1+ year preferred).
- A values-aligned practitioner who leads with ethics and empathy.
- Someone who thrives independently but still craves meaningful connection.
- A lifelong learner who stays curious and current.
📎 Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Reliable transportation for community-based work
- Flexibility to build a caseload that fits client needs and your life
💼 Contract Details & Pay
