Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.

Create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on results.

Provide supervision and individualized training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in home, daycare, and/or community environments

Implement caregiver training and collect data for caregiver training goals

Utilize online data collection system for client program books, data collection, graphing, and assessment reports

Job Requirements:

BCBA certification

Pediatric CPR certification

Reliable transportation as travel is often required between clients’ service locations
