迪拜BD Manager

Tevau is looking for a Dubai-based BD professional to grow our PayFi and Crypto Card business across the UAE and wider Middle East.

Responsibilities: Build partnerships with exchanges, wallets, payment providers, OTC platforms, Web3 projects, and KOL communities. Drive co-branded card, user acquisition, and channel partnerships. Manage the full partnership cycle, from outreach and proposals to negotiation, signing, and launch.

Requirements: 2–3+ years of BD experience in Web3/Crypto, ideally in payments, crypto cards, exchanges, or wallets. Based in Dubai, with a strong understanding of the local market and relevant industry connections. Strong spoken English for business discussions and negotiations. Arabic or Mandarin is a plus. Proven ability to develop key accounts and close partnerships independently.
