Sales Representative

Role Description The Owner at Risanamento Crisi d'impresa e da sovraindebitamento will oversee the strategic and operational activities of the business, focusing on services related to corporate crisis management and over-indebtedness resolution. This part-time, remote role involves defining service offerings, setting business objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Owner will manage client relationships, coordinate with external advisors (such as legal and financial professionals), and supervise the development of processes and documentation. Day-to-day activities include reviewing case files, making decisions on client engagements, guiding marketing and outreach initiatives, and maintaining high standards of professional ethics and confidentiality. The role also includes budgeting, basic financial oversight, and continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong business management and leadership skills, with the ability to set strategy, make decisions, and oversee operations.
• Knowledge of corporate crisis management, restructuring, or over-indebtedness processes, including familiarity with relevant legal and financial concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex client situations and design appropriate solutions.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to clients and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical practice, especially when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple cases and tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms for document management, communication, and basic financial tracking.
• Relevant experience in consulting, law, finance, insolvency, or business administration; advanced education or professional certification in these areas is an advantage.
