Develop and execute strategies to grow contract trading volume and liquidity on the platform.
Identify and establish partnerships with market makers, institutional clients, brokers, and ecosystem projects.
Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders to onboard new users and trading communities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to optimize product offerings.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive product adoption and user engagement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums to build brand visibility.
Prepare regular reports on business development progress, revenue impact, and market insights.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or derivatives trading.
Proven track record of achieving trading volume growth, partnership acquisition, or revenue targets.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency derivatives (perpetual swaps, futures, options) and trading mechanisms.
Strong network within the crypto industry, including traders, institutions, and liquidity providers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
