Learn More About Us: teleceliberia.com BACKGROUND: Telecel Liberia Limited is seeking a qualified Sales Representative with multiple years of Sales and Marketing experience to serve at its headquarters in Sinkor, Monrovia. The Sales Representative will be the first line of contact between potential customers and Telecel. The Sales Representative should be professional, competent, proactive, and smart. They will provide an informative and pleasant experience for potential customers while focused on tangible sales results. Additional marketing, operational, and administrative tasks will be asked of the Sales Representative based on management needs. TERMS OF REFERENCE: Actively pursue and acquire new clients to expand the customer base Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Negotiate terms and agreements to secure profitable deals and contracts Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth objectives Stay informed about ISP services and communicate effectively to potential clients Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to client requirements Provide regular sales reports and updates Performing other administrative and operational tasks required by management when needed EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS: Two (2) or more years of experience in related fields, such as customer service, marketing, sales, communications, or sociology Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, sales, administration, management or related fields Advanced Certificate in customer service, sales, marketing, psychology, or Sociology (added bonus) Computer literacy in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation Software, online / mobile applications, and various Social Media platforms Excellent Interpersonal skills, including negotiating with potential clients regularly and answering questions Patience and Listening Skills A strong understanding of how to initiate, promote and win service contracts A pleasant demeanor and the ability to smile and engage with potential clients in a warm, friendly manner Additional soft skills in sales and marketing are an added benefit to the position CLOSING DATE & HOW TO APPLY: This post will remain open until filled [apply online through the BambooHR Platform] DISCLAIMER: Telecel Liberia Limited is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on gender, tribe, nationality, ethnicity, or age; qualified applicants authorized to work in the Republic of Liberia are welcome to apply.
