Field Sales & Community Recruitment Associate (Missoula/Kalispell, MT)

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales & Community Recruitment Associate to recruit local businesses into a growing delivery partner program. In this field-based role, you will engage business owners, build community relationships, guide partners through the onboarding process, and support successful program launches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses within your assigned territory.
• Present and promote the delivery partner opportunity to business owners.
• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
• Manage leads and activities in Salesforce.
• Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer support.
• Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local recruitment efforts.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, community organizations, and local influencers.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet with businesses and support recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, or business development experience.
• Door-to-door or field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient with Excel and other technology tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

This is a Contract position based out of Missoula, MT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
