BDR / Account Executive, Digital Marketing Agency (Remote, English C1+)

About us

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency, helping businesses grow through SEO, GEO (AI search optimization) and Paid Media. We're now expanding into the US market, and we're hiring our first US sales rep. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build our US client base from day one.

The role

No cold calling. All leads are warm and inbound, already interested in our services. Your job is to connect with them fast, understand their marketing needs, present the right solution and close the deal.

What you'll do

- Follow up quickly with warm, inbound US leads

- Run discovery calls with US business owners and decision-makers

- Recommend the right mix of SEO, GEO and Paid Media

- Present proposals, handle objections and close new clients

- Keep the CRM up to date and report on pipeline and results

What we're looking for

- English at C1 level or higher is a must. This is the most important requirement: you'll speak with US business owners every day, so your English needs to be fluent, clear and natural

- At least 2 years of experience selling to US clients

- Experience selling marketing services (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, web or similar) is a strong advantage

- A confident closer who knows how to turn interest into signed deals

- Self-driven, organized and hungry to build something new

- Available to work US business hours

- $1,600–$2,000/month base salary
