Behavioral Health Clinician

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to provide services at one of our partner adult day care centers in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional telehealth opportunities available.

This position offers the opportunity to work with adults and older adults in a supportive, community-based environment while providing meaningful behavioral health services. Clinicians will conduct assessments, provide counseling and therapeutic interventions, and may supplement their caseload through telehealth services based on client needs and provider availability.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and early-career professionals who require supervision and are eligible to practice under applicable New Jersey licensure requirements.

Position Details

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Onsite services typically needed 1-3 days per week
• Typical onsite hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Additional telehealth appointments may be available based on provider availability and client needs
• Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation: Compensation is competitive and based on:

• Licensure and credentials
• Relevant experience
• Scope of practice
• Clinical responsibilities

Payment is provided for completed sessions.

Note: Applicants must be able to consistently provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services at a partner adult day care center and through telehealth, as appropriate
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and/or group counseling services within your scope of practice
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based and person-centered treatment approaches
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support positive client outcomes
• Assist clients in achieving treatment goals and improving overall well-being

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• New Jersey credentials such as MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure and supervision are welcome
• Professional Spanish-language communication skills preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Experience working with adults, older adults, or community-based populations preferred, but not required
• Ability to consistently provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, NJ

All clinical responsibilities will be assigned in accordance with the provider's qualifications, licensure status, scope of practice, and applicable supervision requirements.
