Must possess current Michigan licensure or limited licensure (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, or TLLP/LLP/LP), a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and at least one year of experience working with children and families in a behavioral health or human services setting. What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and families. Complete comprehensive behavioral health and clinical assessments. Assess for mental health, substance use, psychiatric symptoms, and acute safety needs. Provide intensive stabilization and crisis intervention services. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Help individuals identify behavioral and emotional triggers and develop crisis and relapse prevention plans. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, schools, community providers, and other professionals to coordinate care. Support individuals with medication-related needs and provide education as appropriate. Participate in team huddles and multidisciplinary consultation. Provide trauma-informed care to children and families impacted by trauma. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with funding and organizational requirements. Travel throughout Oakland County and surrounding areas to provide services. Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Required Masters or better in Counseling.
