Student loan repayment options Pet Insurance Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Licensure in your field (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, etc) At least one year experience providing counseling to youth Duties and Responsibilities: Administers individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbance and their family. Conducts clinical assessments, develops diagnoses, and participates in developing person/family centered treatment plans with client families. Monitors client progress and coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services including coordination with appropriate juvenile court representatives. Responsible for maintaining an electronic and paper chart which includes required documentation of services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews and client rights documents. Participates in individual supervision and team meetings to review progress, identify barriers and develop strategies for better assisting families in reaching their goals. Provides 24/7 crisis intervention availability on a rotation basis to help offset potential risk of self-harm or conditions which could lead to out of home treatment.
