We are expanding our network of certified behavioural and psychometric assessors to support leadership assessments, executive selection, and talent development engagements.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Behavioural & Psychometric Assessors to conduct structured assessments, interpret psychometric results, and provide evidence-based insights into leadership capabilities, behavioural competencies, personality, and development potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and structured behavioural assessments.
• Evaluate leadership potential, behavioural competencies, and development needs.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment reports with actionable recommendations.
• Deliver individual feedback sessions to candidates and clients.

Requirements

• BPS Level A & B certification (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience using Saville, SHL, or Hogan assessment tools (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in psychometric and behavioural assessments.
• Proven experience assessing senior management and executive-level professionals.
• Strong understanding of psychometric principles, competency frameworks, and behavioural interviewing.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Experience working with government entities or large organizations in the GCC is an advantage.
