Job Description Job description Role & Responsibilities Handle end-to-end Bench Sales activities for the U.S. IT Staffing market Bring direct clients and implementation partners independently Manage requirements, submissions, follow-ups, and closures Coordinate with recruiters for quality candidate submissions Build and maintain strong client/vendor relationships Work on C2C requirements across technologies like AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Appian, DevOps, AI/ML, etc. Maintain submission pipelines and placement tracking Generate new business opportunities and drive successful closures Preferred Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in U.S. IT Staffing / Bench Sales Strong experience with direct clients, vendors, and implementation partners Good understanding of C2C staffing model and U.S. hiring process Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Existing U.S. client/vendor network will be an added advantage Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools like Ceipal, JobDiva, or Bullhorn preferred Perks and Benefits Fully Remote & Flexible Work Environment No Fixed Working Hours Performance-Based Freelance Opportunity Attractive payout on successful closures Earn approximately $1000$1500 per successful deal/closure Opportunity to work with modern enterprise technology requirements High growth and long-term earning potential Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Bench Sales US IT Staffing Client Acquisition Bench Sales Manager Account Management C2C Direct Client Implementation Partner US Staffing Business Development Vendor Management ServiceNow AWS Azure Appian MSP VMS Ceipal JobDiva
