Our Benefit Service Center team plays a vital role in helping employees understand their benefit options and resolving coverage questions quickly and effectively. We’re looking for a Benefit Service Center Associate based in the Pacific Time Zone, including California and other West Coast locations , who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a call center environment. This position is specifically intended to support our West Coast clients and employees during Pacific Time business hours . Candidates must be located in, or able to consistently work according to, the Pacific Time Zone.
