We have an opportunity for a Benefits Analyst to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest or Prague, where you help manage and improve benefits programs across EMEA, including pensions, medical insurance, and wellness initiatives. You’ll implement an efficient delivery model, streamline processes, and ensure legal compliance.
In partnership with the Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence, you will help implement the global benefits strategy and lead regional initiatives.
You will build strong cross-functional relationships to support a strategic, compliant approach to benefits delivery.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
- Benefits Programs: Implement and maintain complex benefit plans that support organizational goals and meet regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Lead benefits RFPs across EMEA, with a focus on Benelux and Northern Europe; coordinate vendors and Payroll; and ensure accurate enrollment and termination processes.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Oversee all benefits-related aspects of M&A, including integration planning, compliance, and stakeholder communications.
- Data Governance & Audits: Conduct regular audits, maintain data accuracy, and develop strategies to ensure compliance and security.
- Standardization & Efficiency: Improve and automate processes through the benefits delivery model to standardize solutions across EMEA.
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of benefits experience, including implementing new programs, developing strategy, and managing vendors—not benefits administration.
- Advanced written and spoken English; proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
- Ability to use technology effectively for communication and process automation, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of HR systems and case management tools used in benefits administration.
We value
- In-depth knowledge of pensions and/or insurance; experience with a provider or broker (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Aon, or Marsh) is valued.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), flexible benefits platform setup and administration, and AI tools.
- Professional qualification in HR benefits or administration; pensions and benefits expertise is a plus.
- Project management certification and experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting benefits in the Benelux, UK, or Nordic markets.
