Job Description This is a remote position. Rate: Umbrella: £28.07 per hour Term: 16 weeks Hours per week: 36 We are looking to recruit an experienced Benefits Officer to support delivery of the DWP Crisis Resilience Fund. The successful candidate will have substantial experience processing all types of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims, assessing discretionary awards, and delivering accurate, timely decisions. They will play a key role in supporting vulnerable residents, managing service demand, and ensuring the effective delivery of the Fund's objectives.
