Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare and member experiences. We are seeking employer-side benefits decision-makers at larger organisations (201+ employees in the U.S.) to take part in a short online survey about how their organisation selects, funds, and manages employee medical and pharmacy benefits. Insights gathered will help inform the development of AI tools designed to improve how employers and health plans deliver benefits to employees.
Participants will be asked to:
Complete a structured ~25-minute online survey
Share perspectives on carrier and PBM selection, plan funding models, pharmacy carve-in vs carve-out arrangements, and day-to-day vendor management
Submit all responses within the given timeline
Work for an employer that purchases employee medical and pharmacy benefits — a private sector employer, a public sector employer (state or local government, school district, municipality), or a labour union, Taft-Hartley fund, or labour-affiliated organisation
Your organisation has 201 or more employees in the United States
Hold a role in your organisation's medical and pharmacy benefits decisions — primary decision-maker, member of the decision-making team, a significant influencer on the decision, or the day-to-day manager of the carrier or PBM relationship

Based in the United States
Able to independently complete a ~25-minute online survey
Please note: employees of health plans or health insurers, benefits consultants, brokers or advisors, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and providers, hospitals or health systems are not eligible for this study.
