  • Maintain and validate employee benefits data, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Produce regular reports and data extracts to support HR and Reward stakeholders.
  • Assist with benefits enrolments, renewals and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, working with providers and internal teams where required.
  • Support invoice processing, reconciliations and routine reporting activities.
  • Respond to employee and HR queries relating to pensions and benefits.
  • Help ensure processes are completed in line with agreed policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support benefits-related projects when required.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience within HR, benefits, pensions, reward or a similar administrative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets, reports and large volumes of information.
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and resolving queries.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • An interest in employee benefits, pensions and wellbeing programmes.
