LADbible’s Commercial Team, LAD360, is a powerhouse of creativity, strategy, and innovation - partnering with the world’s most iconic brands, from Google and Nike to Disney and Tesco. With a headcount of 150 and growing, LAD360 has rapidly become one of the most formidable forces in media, delivering culture-shaping campaigns. Our work has earned us top industry accolades, including Commercial Team of the Year at the 2025 Campaign UK Awards and Media Brand of the Year at the 2024 MediaWeek Awards. At the heart of it all is a relentless drive to push boundaries, tell bold stories, and connect brands to youth culture like no one else can.

Role Overview

The Talent Partnerships Director leads LADbible Group’s commercial creator partnerships offering within the LADcreator Network (LCN), overseeing creator strategy, talent relationships, team management and end-to-end campaign delivery. Working closely with Commercial, Creative, Strategy, Activation, Production and Client Services, this role ensures creator partnerships are strategically aligned, commercially effective and delivered to the highest standards.

The Talent Partnerships Director is also responsible for developing team capabilities, building efficient and scalable processes, and driving continuous improvement across LCN’s operations and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Creator Strategy & Partnerships

  • Lead creator strategy across commercial campaigns, ensuring talent recommendations align with client objectives, creative concepts, target audiences and budgets.

  • Oversee talent sourcing, vetting and selection across all creator tiers, from emerging talent to established influencers and celebrities.

  • Provide strategic input across campaign development, advising on creator suitability, talent feasibility, deliverables and commercial considerations.

  • Identify opportunities for long-term creator partnerships, repeat brand investment and growth of LCN’s commercial offering.

  • Develop and implement scalable processes across creator sourcing, vetting, budgeting, contracting, briefing and campaign delivery.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage the LCN Talent team, overseeing campaign allocation, workloads, priorities and day-to-day delivery.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and resource planning to ensure the team is equipped to meet business needs.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on accountability, knowledge-sharing and consistent delivery standards.

Campaign Delivery & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee end-to-end creator campaign delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, contractual obligations and client requirements are met.

  • Maintain quality control across creator shortlists, brand-safety vetting, creative alignment, briefing and content delivery.

  • Provide senior oversight on complex, high-value campaigns, ensuring efficiency with talent budgets, proactively identifying risks and resolving delivery challenges.

  • Act as an escalation point for client, agency and creator issues, ensuring timely resolutions and strong campaign outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a senior point of contact for LCN, building strong relationships across Commercial, Creative, Strategy, Activation, Production, Client Services and the wider business.

  • Establish clear responsibilities, communication and ways of working across teams to support seamless campaign planning and execution.

  • Collaborate with the wider Creator Partnerships and Creator Programme teams to connect long-term creator relationships with relevant commercial opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships or creator management within media, advertising or a related industry.

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams while overseeing multiple high-value creator-led campaigns.

  • Strong commercial understanding, including talent negotiations, budgeting, licensing, usage rights and exclusivity.

  • Established relationships with creators, talent agencies and management companies.

  • Experience developing team processes, improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of campaign delivery.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

  • A strategic and commercially minded approach, with a strong understanding of creator platforms, audience trends and the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
