Benefits Service Representative – Remote

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will work with individuals and families to help them better understand available benefit options. You will connect with clients through virtual appointments, answer questions, provide clear information, and support them through a simple enrollment process. We provide essential benefit programs to working families and are expanding our remote team throughout the U.S. and Canada. This role is fully remote, with interviews, training, and client appointments conducted online through Zoom.
