As a Benefits Support Executive at OCBC, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of employee benefits operations and administrative tasks across key portfolios. You will deliver smooth, accurate and well-governed operations, contributing to a positive and seamless employee experience.

What You Do

You will support the day-to-day administration of Benefits operations, which includes but is not limited to processing of staff benefits, MAS reporting, wellness activities, system-related project involvement and testing, finance-related processing, vendor follow-ups, and team administrative matters.

Some examples include:

  • Staff loan operations including processing of applications, seeking of approvals, and disbursements.
  • Coordinate and execute wellness activities, events and talks and related tasks.
  • Invoice processing and raising of system-related entries such as journals and ledgers, ensuring accurate tracking, validation and submission in line with internal processes
  • Vendor management, including third-party risk management follow-ups and documentation.
  • Prepare and support regulatory reporting activities, ensuring data completeness, accuracy and timely submission.
  • Support system changes due to enhancements or regulatory changes, including being involved in system requirements reviews and User Acceptance Tests
  • Provide team administrative support such as raising of requests, consolidation and analysis of data, and any other related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documents to support governance and operational continuity.

Who You Are

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, finance operations, vendor management or general administration.
  • Meticulous and organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume operational tasks accurately.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports and trackers, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to manage tight timelines, follow through on outstanding items and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle employee queries professionally and clearly.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and confidentiality.
