The Operations Assistant will go beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will own key processes, manage day-to-day operations, and actively contribute to improving efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage invoicing, contracts, contract verification, and payment tracking

I also create workflows and suggest audits to existing workflows. I do not intend to write any AI-generated content to you. I own a business, and I understand how it works. The system must be in place to produce better output. If an organisation lacks a structured backend, the output is often affected by inefficient processes and poor workflow management.
