BI Analyst

Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a BI Analyst.

We are looking for a BI Analyst to own and develop BI solutions across our portfolio of crash games. The role combines data modeling, reporting automation, and product analytics to support data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BI solutions, from data extraction and transformation to dashboards and reporting.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytical and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain analytical data models, datasets, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Analyze game performance, player activity, betting behavior, and key product and business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, investigate inconsistencies, and improve reporting reliability.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in BI or data analytics, with proven ownership of analytical solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Practical Python experience for data processing, analysis, or automation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and analytical data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or a comparable BI platform.
• Ability to independently own and deliver BI solutions, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or gaming product analytics.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or similar database technologies.
• Familiarity with Tableau Cloud, Tableau Bridge, or BI performance optimization.
• Experience with gaming KPIs such as GGR, RTP, player retention, and betting performance.
