BI & ETL Developer (Mid-Level)

LMW HR Group, on behalf of its client, a leading IT company collaborating with a Tier 1 Greek bank, is seeking a skilled BI & ETL Developer to join a dynamic software development team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of data integration processes and business intelligence solutions, helping transform data into meaningful business insights.

The ideal candidate will have solid SQL skills, hands-on experience with ETL tools, and an understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Develop new data flows, data transformations, and business intelligence reports.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation processes.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing ETL workflows, BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Work with data integration and transformation processes to ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to data integration, reporting, and data processing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Document ETL workflows, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and reporting solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BI development, ETL development, or a related data-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including query writing, data manipulation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Good understanding of data integration, data transformation, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of Greek and English
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Informatica IDMC, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), PowerCenter, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Oracle BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Knowledge of data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with data quality practices, performance tuning, and ETL optimization techniques.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
