RAD Search are working with a highly regarded, design-led architectural practice in Dublin who are looking to appoint a Bid Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across bids, tenders, proposals or professional services administration to join a busy and collaborative design environment, supporting the practice in securing new work across major architectural and infrastructure projects.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the bid process organised and moving, coordinating information from architects, designers, Directors and consultants and helping to produce polished, accurate and compelling submissions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior/mid-level Bid professional seeking experience in a large-scale award-winning team.
The Role
The role will involve coordinating PQQs, RFQs, RFPs and tenders, maintaining project sheets, CVs and case studies, monitoring tender portals and deadlines, preparing presentations and bid documents, and supporting the team with fee schedules, Excel reporting and general bid administration.
You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills are essential, alongside experience with InDesign and a good eye for presentation and design quality.
The role is likely to be split across the Bids & Finance team (75/25).
Experience within architecture, engineering, construction or professional services would be highly beneficial.
Salary
€40-45k - Dependent upon experience and suitability
Benefits
The package includes a hybrid working environment, discretionary annual bonus and bonus voucher, matched pension contributions of up to 3%, 21 days’ annual leave plus Good Friday, ongoing learning and development support, enhanced family leave, death in service and income protection, as well as TaxSaver, Bike to Work and sports and social benefits.
