Bid & Project Manager (Zurich or Vienna)

End-to-End Bid Management: You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of public tenders). This includes everything from market screening and bid/no-bid evaluations to the final proposal submission and presentation. Professional Experience: You bring around 3+ years of proven working experience, ideally with a solid mix of both tender/bid management & IT project management. B2G & Public Sector Knowledge: Hands-on experience with public sector procurement processes and managing government/public sector projects. Software Industry Background: Experience working for a technology consulting firm, IT service company, or software provider. You know how to answer complex RFIs/RFPs and manage software implementation projects. Hands-on Mindset: You are a pragmatic "doer". You keep a cool head during stressful phases, prioritize effectively, and take accountability for getting things done.
