Hello
At TSA Riley, we’re more than a project consultancy - we’re a team of 1,000 experts helping clients realise the transformative power of built assets. From infrastructure and transport to education, health and property, the work we do shapes how communities connect, live, work and grow.
With offices across Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, the UK and Ireland, we create opportunities for our people to grow at a pace that surprises them. We’re proud of our inclusive culture, industry-leading learning programs and commitment to helping our people thrive.
About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Bid Specialist to join our APAC Marketing & Pursuits team, based in New Zealand.
This is a key role responsible for leading the end-to-end pursuit process across qualified opportunities, from bid strategy and planning through to submission delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and technical specialists to develop compelling, high-quality submissions that position TSA Riley strongly in competitive markets.
You’ll work across TSA Riley’s New Zealand business and a diverse range of sectors, services and projects. It’s a fast-paced and varied environment, so you’ll need to be agile and comfortable managing multiple priorities and bids of varying size and complexity, sometimes running several opportunities concurrently or back-to-back.
While strong end-to-end bid delivery is at the heart of the role, you’ll also have opportunities to bring a strategic lens to pursuits, helping shape bid strategy, win themes, executive summaries, key messaging and facilitated workshops.
You’ll be part of an experienced and collaborative APAC Marketing & Pursuits team, giving you access to broader expertise, ongoing knowledge sharing and opportunities to continue developing your strategic pursuits and bid writing capability.
This role can be based anywhere in New Zealand, with a hybrid office/work from home arrangement.
