Bid Support Administrator

Play an important role in ensuring that vendor special pricing agreements are accurately reflected in our systems and available to our sales teams and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing vendor documentation and creating Unique Agreement Numbers (UANs) in SAP, translating special pricing conditions into accurate system data.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in developing experience in pricing processes, SAP and an international technology distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain UANs in SAP based on special pricing agreements received from vendors.
• Review vendor documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate before processing.
• Enter and maintain pricing, product, customer and validity information in internal systems.
• Ensure a high level of data accuracy and quality.
• Process requests efficiently and contribute to meeting daily service levels.
• Maintain and update relevant databases and system information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders when additional information or clarification is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and good working knowledge of English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data and performing basic numerical calculations.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or business systems.
• Previous experience with SAP, data entry, pricing, administration or back-office processes is a plus, but not essential.
