Bid/Proposal Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a skilled Bid/Proposal Manager to oversee our bid processes and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing bids from government tender portals and other bid listings, screening them for suitability, and preparing winning proposals. Key responsibilities include: Source and identify relevant bids from government tender portals and other bid listing platforms. Screen and assess bid opportunities for alignment with our products and services. Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids. Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities. Develop and implement bid strategies to increase win rates. Requirements Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in bid/proposal management. Knowledge: Familiarity with government tender portals, procurement processes, and bid submission requirements. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate bid opportunities and requirements accurately.
