Bilingual Spanish–English Caller — Colombia Roadshow

Castilion Estates is looking for a fluent Spanish- and English-speaking caller to support our upcoming Colombian roadshow campaign.

The campaign runs from 10 November to 18 December 2026. You’ll contact Colombian prospects during hours that suit the Colombian time zone, which will require evening or night shifts in Dubai. During the campaign, candidates based in Dubai can work remotely from home.

We’re open to candidates who want to work on the roadshow project only, as well as candidates interested in continuing with Castilion Estates afterward. Any continuing role would be office-based in Dubai and will depend on mutual fit and business needs. We’ll discuss the expected engagement duration and exact schedule during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Colombian prospects in Spanish and English.
• Introduce the roadshow and explain how prospects can meet with our team.
• Understand each prospect’s interest and arrange suitable appointments with our property advisors.
• Follow up with prospects and confirm attendance.
• Keep accurate call notes and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Communicate professionally and follow the company’s calling and data-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken Spanish and English.
• Confident and natural on the phone, with strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable working evening or night shifts in Dubai to align with Colombian calling hours.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, appointment setting or lead qualification is preferred.
• Real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Able to work remotely from Dubai during the campaign.
