Location: Dominican Republic (100% Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Compensation: $6.00/hr

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our day-to-day client servicing needs, processing insurance documents, and ensuring client accounts are impeccably maintained. What You Will Do

• Process Documentation: Issue certificates of insurance for CSR accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Draft Proposals: Prepare and draft proposals for quotes received from the team.
• Client Support: Assist with day-to-day client servicing tasks to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• System Management: Maintain and update accurate account documentation using Applied Epic software.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of recent work experience in a call center, customer service, insurance, or insurance verification setting.
• Language Skills: Strong, professional bilingual communication skills (fluent in both English and Spanish).
• Location: Must currently reside in the Dominican Republic.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong willingness to learn and master Applied Epic software (training will be provided).
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
