Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through setup
• Set up and optimize online profiles to ensure maximum client value
• Drive and maintain client success and retention

Skills and Experience

• Native or similar spoken English level.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a strong customer service mindset

The position is full time, fully remote, Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern time.

Must have reliable internet, power (and power back up)
