Role Description

We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will communicate with potential clients, provide excellent customer service, gather and verify information, follow up when needed, and accurately document interactions in our systems.

You will be working approximately 40 hours per week at $6 USD per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential clients.
• Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic customer service.
• Gather and verify client information accurately.
• Follow established scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
• Document interactions and update information in internal systems.
• Follow up with potential clients when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, call center, sales, or similar experience is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with online systems and learning new tools.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week.
• Professional, dependable, and willing to learn.
